Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Methods

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail from our facility in El Monte, CA.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order
  • Priority Shipping: $14.99 per order
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders $50+ (3-bottle bundles qualify)

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • California: 2-4 business days
  • West Coast (OR, WA, AZ, NV): 3-5 business days
  • Central US: 4-6 business days
  • East Coast: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • USPS tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing support@malazero.com. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Wait 2 business days (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at support@malazero.com if still missing after 2 days

We'll work with USPS to locate your package or send a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email support@malazero.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
  3. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to military addresses may take 7-14 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future—email support@malazero.com to be notified when it becomes available.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically based on your selected frequency (30, 60, or 90 days). You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
