We stand behind MalaZero. If you don't see improvement or aren't satisfied for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund—even if you've opened and used the product.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@malazero.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional but helps us improve)
- Whether you'd like a refund or replacement
We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Return shipping costs:
- Defective or damaged product: We cover return shipping (we'll send you a prepaid label)
- Changed your mind: Customer covers return shipping (~$5-8 USPS First Class)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect it within 2 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is approved
- Refund processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
What Qualifies for Return
✅ Opened or used bottles (we understand you need to try it) ✅ Partial bottles (even if mostly empty) ✅ Unopened bottles ✅ Products that didn't work for your skin ✅ Defective or damaged items
What Doesn't Qualify
❌ Returns after 60 days from delivery date ❌ Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (only MalaZero.com returns accepted) ❌ Items sent back without prior authorization
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Email support@malazero.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement immediately (no need to return damaged item)
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled anytime before your next shipment. Each individual order in a subscription is covered by the 60-day guarantee.
